optional inputs for connect resolvers #70

Currently, all inputs from the resolvers are required, but sometimes a resolver might want to express that some of the inputs are optional.

We already have a primitive helper to mark attributes as optional, this is what the syntax might look like:

::pc/input #{:required (p/? :optional)}
