Currently Reactome has complexes and sets (at least that's the name I remember - might be wrong). In the conversion both are added as complexes below the pathway. The sets however should not be complexes but groups!

Okay, will try to find a fix for version 67 (if that is okay with you guys?)

Just checked with Egon; seems like the converter is creating groups and complexes for Reactome PWs. I'm not sure which of these correspond to the sets discussed before, but would be worth checking.
Example PW: https://www.wikipathways.org/index.php/Pathway:WP1859

So, I think the first thing to do, is make the link from the visualisation complexes to the groups/complexes below the pathway.
