Timelapse MP4 Output

Thank you for this, now that I finally got it working (due to my own unfamiliarity with docker), it seems to be working great.

A couple questions I have, is it possible to "slow down" the MP4 transition when it is created as an MP4? I find right now, the MP4 file is way to fast from start to end, for a 24 hour period with 15minute snapshots.

Also, is it possible for the file names to be created using some sort of date format as the filename, right now, what I'm seeing appears to be some number sequence with no real meaning to it.
