The issue is fixed in libmodulemd-2.13.0-1.fc33
dnf -y upgrade libmodulemd

centos 8.3 and ofed installed by ansible. wekachecker run & error reported by Bob V after ansible centos 8.3/ofed pxe install.

How can this be handled better, assuming 2.9 is version on dvd?

I don't particularly like unofficial links but this is allegedly worked around by setting best=False in /etc/dnf/dnf.conf.

It also seems to be a known bug.
