There are no images for PHP 8.3, which is out since 23 Nov 2023.

Next week (first week of december) I'll tackle the PHP 8.3 images.

8.3 images are ready: https://gitlab.com/webdevops/Dockerfile/-/pipelines/1089742896

The -dev images don't work yet, either Blackfire, Tideways or Xdebug doesn't support 8.3 yet.
