Once the release has been created and the binaries are available, add the new version of wksctl to the checkpoint system at <https://checkpoint-api.weave.works/admin>

It seems https://github.com/weaveworks/go-checkpoint is unmaintained: last commit weaveworks/go-checkpoint@ebbb8b0 is from 2017-05-03), but it still works and is in use by e.g. https://github.com/weaveworks/weave and https://github.com/fluxcd/flux.

Running a version of wksctl previous to the last release published on checkpoint-api correctly warns that it's outdated:
