How to modify the port

When I entered npm run dev in the terminal, I found that it would run on port 3000 first. I tried to add the option to configure the port and host in nuxt.config.js and set an 8000 port. When I re-run it, it still It will still run on port 3000, so how should I modify the port it runs on.
