能不能帮忙编译个版本 #133

目前的版本，在win10上面，每次修改字幕内容保存的时候都会将文件的创建时间改变，这会导致桌面的图标重新排列追加到图标列表的最后面，按道理修改字幕内容不应该将文件的创建时间改变。
这个问题是在某些win10版本上才会出现，因为以前我用的win10或者win11都没有这个问题，最近重装的系统出现了这个问题，所以请问能不能帮忙改个版本给我，这应该也算个bug吧。
