1、我觉得反向转换的可以不需要，如果是clean架构，反向转换的情况并不多，因为不同的模型数据在不同的层都应该被不同的层消费完。

2、配置太多，特别是vo中如果新增字段很多的情况，大可以bo---vo的时候只提供一个方法，然后用object数组的形式返回回去
