As an Enterprise Data Architect,
I want to publish RDF data with security attributes labelling some of the data elements
so that security attributes in the data can be applied correctly across multiple systems and services.
The requirement is to be able to identify individual elements of the data. At the finest granularity, triples.
The cooperating systems provide data-security policies based on ABAC (Attribute-Based Access Control).
This is providing the mosts fine-grained, data-level (as opposed to API-based) security control of principle 4 of The Data-Centric Manifesto.
(It is not about the justification of the claim made by the triple when asserted.)
