Nav bar: consider box around selected link #51

have a box around the link for the current page with a "highlight" (lighter) green color, since I think a box says "selected" more than a color change
to jazz up the box, when you mouse over on the other nav links, you can box without highlight (Kellen's suggestion, in case you want to chat with him about it later)
