treeview issue while fetch new children

I use treeview component to show orgnization chart and I fetch the sub orgnizations by load-children while click the treenode, the issue is while in the independent type when I fetch the new children the selected nodes would be cleared. Does anyone can tell how to solve the issue? thanks so much.
