I have noticed that docker was supported for over a year on this project but there is no documentation on how to use it in docker or even how to run it standalone (correct me if I am wrong). I am wondering on just how to setup a docker container, or how to set it up standalone well also enabling all crypto payments that shkeeper currently supports.

Due to the complexity of deploying and supporting updates when installed in docker images (without Kubernetes), there are no current plans to support such installations
At the same time you can find a minimal docker-compose dev setup with Shkeeper and Tron (Nile Testnet) here: #64

Is there also no plan for providing a guide on setting it up on your base system? It would be a shame to only allow/show people on how to set it up with kubernetes, even know that is a easier option then setting it up manually. I am sure just a guide on how to set it up and config if would suffice and if anyone wants to do anything more advanced with it (like use docker), they would be able to reference the base system setup guide to do it their self.

We’ve accepted your request and will do our best to create such a guide soon. Once it’s ready, we’ll share it in this issue.
