OSC Input Binding for Microphone Mute/Unmute

Unless I've missed something, there doesn't appear to be an input to control the user's microphone mute/unmute state via OSC. This should be something controllable through the OSC input system.

MuteSelf is already available as a status output through the avatar parameters, so control over the input follows naturally. Control over the mic state would open doors for further interactivity and flexibility.
