[Feat] [Bug] Long delay on the validation and successive repetition of the registration

In the last few days, it was noticed a long delay in updating the data: after validation, it took 2 to 5 minutes for the data to be mirrored on the map. Often, it was not registered, forcing successive repetition of the registration.
