New fork fixing lots of issues #2292

Since there's not a lot of action here, I decided to create my own fork and make jtable a little more modern:

no more jquery-ui
better configuration possibility
html5 modal use (also solving the problem if the edit/create form get too big)
the table is responsive

Since pull request have been lingering for a long time, I won't create one here anymore :-)
