Cannot register with uppercase username

When registering an account, you cannot put in a username with uppercase letters. "Badly formatted username"
It should just convert it to lowercase automatically.
Or it could allow uppercase, but also allocate the lowercase to the same user.
So someone could make NathanAdored, but also login using nathanadored and another user cannot register with nathanadored or something like nathaNadoreD.

This should be working now with the latest versions of the Metaverse Server, the dashboard should not restrict this either.
