Tweak Castbar Spell Name, Reduce height of Castbar Bar

Spell Name "low hanging" letters are slightly cut off. See "Wild Barrage" cast in below screenshot.

Is the Spell Name form being clipped by the main form window?

Suggest adding option to show text inside, on top of and/or on bottom of cast bar.

Long spell names are smashed together as well. May want to code in a text limit. Ex: "Artisan's Laser Chainsaw" would only show "Artisan's Laser Cha..."
