[PoC] Evaluate FreeRTOS #22

Evaluate FreeRTOS framework instead Arduino framework which is currently used for the project.

Possible goals of the activity are:

native multiprocessing instead of SimpleTimer usage
nicer Scheduler possibly with cron-like format
