feat/Info screen managment page and api

An idea which was suggested was to have a page where contactor can manage the info screens we have. There they could for example set the content, order, expiry, etc. of what should be displayed. The simplest thing to add inn the beginning would be support for images and text, but we could expand this to be able to link jobads directly.
