We need to rewrite the Hindi scheme due to several transliteration issues. Hindi has additional letters and typing rules compared to Nepali, but Nepali speakers can still type using Hindi rules. Fixing this one warning won't make much difference. I suggest trying the Nepali scheme file here and making some additions or modifications to the scheme.
