This isn't really an issue for this repo, but I thought you might be best equipped to answer it. I'm getting an error trying to use KMA's 'newIntronRetention' function:

> ir <- newIntronRetention( xprs$tpm, intron_to_trans, xprs$condition, xprs$uniq_counts )
'melting' unique counts
computing denominator
Error: Evaluation error: invalid 'type' (character) of argument.

I submitted an Issue in the pachterlab's KMA repo, but there's another very similar Issue from September 2018 blaming the behavior on dplyr being revamped. But it's unanswered (by Pachter-folk), and that poster's fork / fix of the issue is no longer on GitHub. Soooo ... (long story long) ...

Would you happen to have an environment where your KMA script(s) are still working? Would you be able to grab a sessionInfo() output for me? Then I can try to install the right combinations of older versions of R and packages to try to get KMA working for me.

Thanks in advance,
~Joe

Hi Joe,

Have you worked this pipeline successfully? I got some problems using this pipeline. I need to get some help from you if you successfully ran it out.

Best regards,

Ming
