Royalty-Share Open-Source License (RSOSL) v1.0

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of this software and associated documentation files (the "Software"), to deal in the Software with the following conditions:

Royalty Fee: Once the total revenue generated by the use, distribution, or sale of the Software by any party reaches or exceeds $100,000 USD (the "Threshold"), a royalty fee of one percent (1%) of the total revenue is owed to valiantlynx. This royalty fee is calculated on the gross revenue derived from the Software and is payable within thirty (30) days of reaching the Threshold.

  2. Attribution: Any distribution or use of the Software must prominently display the following notice either within the Software's user interface or in accompanying documentation: "This software includes code developed by valiantlynx (https://valiantlynx.com)."

  3. Redistribution: Redistributions of source code must retain the above copyright notice, this list of conditions and the following disclaimer.
