Describe the Bug:
When playing on a server the rhino beetle horn drops seem impossible rare or are not dropping at all. I am playing the this mod in the Uncle Genny's 100% Organic & Free-Range Modpack. I have already submitted a github there and was informed that they have not altered config files for The Erebus mod.
How to Reproduce the Bug:
Go into Erebus find the Ulterior Outback Biome
Avoid dying while waiting for a Black Rhino Beetle to spawn.
Collect 217 rhino beetle plates and see how many horn drops you get :P
Expected behavior:
Although the drops are rare it is expected that you will get at least one horn to drop before killing enough beetle to collect almost 4 stack of plates. A little research seems to imply the drops should occur with a 1/20 chance. I do not own the server but have been given op and console privilege's. I have reviewed the config files in the modpack and did not find any Erebus related configs that would impact mob drops.
Additional context:
As a test I went into a single player world and used creative to give myself a spawner and a rhino beetle egg. when using this method I was able to obtain two horns prior to obtained a stack of rhino beetle plates. Initially I was using a deep mob learning mod sword with multiple enchants, but for the creative test I just used an emerald sword with sharp V and Loot III. So I then went back to the server and crafted the same type of emerald sword. Roughly 1 stack of plates were obtained with the glitch sword and the other 2.5 stacks of plates were obtained with the emerald sword. With out the horns the rhino plate armor helmet cannot be crafted in the modpack.

I just used creative mode in the overworld to spawn in a spawner and a rhino beetle egg and within six beetles using a spawner in the overworld I got two horns on the server... Not sure what is going on with this issue.
