Tests are currently not passing

Since 18th of January workflow testing seems to fail for all. Checked a few, all had "Missing argument "HISTORY_ID"

Thanks @frederikcoppens, we'll look into it. The latest tests all fail due to EU being offline at an unfortunate time. The previous build, I am not sure.

• variant analysis failed due to unknown genome build, https://usegalaxy.eu/u/service-account/h/trainingvariant-analysisdipdiploidga-1553002859
• F1000_Metabolomics_Query_Tabular_Mass_Adjustment fails with "No file specified for test_output_markdown, skipping test output. No file specified for test_output_text, skipping test output. No tests were executed - see Galaxy output for details."
• F1000_Proteogenomics_QueryTabular fails with {"err_msg": "Tool Grouping1 missing. Cannot add dummy datasets.", "err_code": 400014}]]
• The rest look transient / due to virtualenv problems.
