The base shiny image uses port 3838 (see https://github.com/rocker-org/rocker-versioned2/blob/ef593dcd7b334e02e79188a9e17dcf6149c178b9/dockerfiles/shiny_4.2.3.Dockerfile#L14).

We can switch this to 3838 once shiny-server is stopped in the base image (MonashBioinformaticsPlatform/LFQ-Analyst#19)
