User profile management

The user can click their username to go to the profile management page where they can change their Name, github username, and manage their SSH keys.

The user can manage their SSH keys from their profile page.

While managing their SSH keys; the user will be presented with all their registered keys
Users can add new SSH keys and remove existing SSH keys.
When deleting a new SSH key, have the user confirm they want to delete the specific key
