Progressbar in Dock is visible when nothing happens #175

The progressbar that's shown over the icon of the application in the operating system's Dock (macOS) or taskbar (Windows) is still visible even when no analysis is in progress.

This has partially been fixed in #249. If, however, a project is stopped while an analysis was still in progress, the progress bar is still visible.
