Polygon of interest

It would be beneficial to implement a polygon of interest system within MapX. This feature would enable users to define a polygon using the drawing tool and select a list of sources for monitoring. Users would receive notifications regarding modifications or additions in the specified sources. Additionally, they could be alerted when new public data sources are uploaded that intersect with their polygon of interest.

This functionality could be managed in the database through trigger functions, along with a notification table to catalog notifications for dispatch. Email notifications could then be handled via an automated routine.
