Folder alias

Interface seems to suggest ability to set an alias for folder name, for example page_images can became "Images to put on the pages". However, it indeeds simply renames the folders.
It should be possible to set via configuration:

• some folders name aliases and or folders translation
• some folders as undeleteble and without the ability to rename them
• hide some folders via code
  This because per design, the framework allows to hardcode folder names on upload. Deleting this folders would break functionality. Also, some folders that show up are actually code managed to create thumbnails.
