Placeholder of Editor and Paragraph / Other Element overlapping when editor is empty #3730

Description

The way the placeholders currently work, if setting a generic placeholder for the empty Plate Editor and using Placeholders for other elements, if the editor is empty both are displayed over each other.

Reproduction steps

1. Go to https://platejs.org/ playground
2. Remove all content
3. Click in the editor
4. See that the general Placeholder `Type...` now overlaps with the Paragraph Placeholder `Type a paragraph`

Thanks. Will take a look and removing "Type..." placeholder in the meantime.
