Add UUSD and UBQ tokens to popular services

Right now when you interact with DEXes or web3 wallets you have to paste UUSD/UBQ addresses manually in order to interact with those tokens.

We should make sure that UUSD and UBQ tokens are displayed "natively" in popular services in order to put less friction on our users.

We should support:

• DEXes (CoW Swap, Uniswap v3, Uniswap v2, Curve, Balancer, SushiSwap, Bancor, PancakeSwap)
• web3 wallets (metamask, coinbase, trustwallet)
• bridges (https://bridge.gnosischain.com/)

Most of those services take token info from centralized github repositories (sometimes it's a paid service). We should put UUSD and UBQ tokens info into those repositories which serve as sources for DEXes, wallets, etc...

whenever we launch a UUSD pool in gnosis and/or other chains we should look into aggregators too, like 1inch, bungee, jumper...
