Prefund wallet addresses with faucet

When bounty hunters solve their 1st issue they usually do not have any gas payment tokens to claim permit rewards. There is a separate faucet service which the bot could use for prefunding such accounts.

What should be done:

• when the reward permit is generated call the faucet service to prefund bounty hunter's wallet address with some gas tokens

P.S. All necessary checks are already implemented in the faucet but it could be useful to check (on the bot's side) if bounty hunter's wallet is empty and this is the 1st issue solved by a bounty hunter.
