Do not render results for a user that did not provide its wallet #219

          That is not how it is calculated, relevance does not influence the value of the html tags (I did not work on reverting this change yet).

(0.71*0.3+5)*3=5.213*3=15.639

Okay we can have that. Maybe it would be more friendly to display some message like "missing wallet for permit generation" under the user name.

What happened

A user with no wallet has its results rendered in the final comment, leading to a dead url for rewards.

What was expected

That user should have been skipped in the comment.

How to reproduce

  • have a user with no wallet registtered
  • close the issue to generate the rewards
  • observe the undefined in the url to claim rewards
