I think it might make sense to limit rewards up to the task amount. This should be configurable with a boolean.

If its a 6 USD task, and a team member gets 100 USD for writing a spec, feels a bit unfair for the contributor who implemented the fix.

Also i think this can incentivize team members to focus more on saving their time.

Dont spin your wheels on tiny tasks.

@0x4007 To make sure we agree on the spec, if the reward is set to 6 USD and this is enabled, people who are not assigned to this task and comment cannot get above 6 USD correct?

That's correct. This should disincentivize a ton of work being done on tiny projects.
