The default Reporting Interval at the moment is 1s. But users are free to choose any arbitrarily small (or big) reporting interval. The smaller the value the more pressure on CPU. Set a default Reporting Interval on the backend of the Tally library to reduce the number of UDP packets/sec ingested by the collection agent.
Set the default as 2s for now.
