同步加载且同步实例化也可以加上。
可选功能：释放资源句柄时销毁实例化对象
方法参数：位置、旋转、父对象、世界坐标保持不变（传递true以直接定位新对象
在世界空间。传递false以设置对象相对于其新父对象的位置）
