The aim is to expand the checks in the mod to check for unused/expensive resources

Azure app service plan unused
Azure load balancer unused
Azure log profile retention policy enabled
Azure application gateway autoscaling enabled
Azure NAT gateway attached with subnet
Azure Kusto cluster autoscaling enabled
