           1. 社員として採用された者は、採用された日から1週間以内に次の書類を提出しなければならない。 
        
               1. 住民票記載事項証明書

住民票記載事項証明書の交付は、郵送でも可能。この場合、手元に届くまでに提出期限を超過する可能性がある。そういったことを加味して期限を延長する提案
