Upgrade this library to include the code added for Sakai-19 #5

This library was updated to include library code to help implement LTI Advantage:

  • LTI 1.3 with OAuth 2.0 and JWTS
  • Names and Roles Service
  • Outcomes (Grade book Service)

This will result in a new release and new branch. This will be the last release that includes support for LTI 2.0 - which is being deprecated across the industry and LTI Advantage is the roadmap going forward.

Progress has been made 6ed418e 8e0e55d - I still need to tag and release 0.3.1
