Prior to depending on the new database fields

All of the 0.4.x database fields are in place but the code does not yet depend on those fields. This tag is for those who want to hold back when those changes happen.

If you are jumping from tag to tag in your production, make sure to run the database upgrade as soon as you grab the new tag.
