Removed Spreadsheet in docs for Visualizing Latency vs. Throughput

Issue:
Spreadsheet missing for visualizing latency vs. throughput located in:
https://github.com/triton-inference-server/perf_analyzer/blob/main/docs/measurements_metrics.md has been deleted.

I was wondering if anyone had an old copy or if simply not, please close this issue.

Apologies for not responding sooner. I started a conversation to see whether we could find the spreadsheet, and then the thread got dropped. It looks like the spreadsheet was out of date.

We may be creating a new one. We'll update the documentation either way. I'll leave this issue open to update once the solution is determined.
