Code for analysis of sequencing data for HNSCC project of Stefan Stoiber.
Script scrna-seq_analysis.r contains code for analysis of scRNA-seq dataset GSE181919. This includes also code for plotting images used in the publication.
To run the code, input data (counts and metadata) must be first manually downloaded from the GEO database.
