Describe the bug

When I want to contribute I can not see contribution guide because link from contribution guide is broken

To reproduce

Go to 'CONTRIBUTION.md' on root folder
Click on 'the link' in the document
See error "page not found"

Expected behavior

expected behavior: the contribution guide is being shown
