Project running

I could not found any manage.py file as a result can't run the project with python manage.py runserver.
Please let me know the process to run the project.

This is not the whole project, but a library. Create your own project and add it in your dependencies :)

When I add the apps it says not found...after installing requirements.txt and running setup.py
