Thermalcam same time as Noir cam

Looking for a way to record thermal cam, I've seen someone suggest it but no solution given thar I could see.

My rig:
pi4 4gb (bullseye full version)
Wide angle (110°) – MLX90640 Noir
Camera Module 3 NoIR wide angle.
Usb mic.
Piezo
Waveshare Hmdi amolled 5ich screen
(On order) currently setup direct, using keyboard and mouse direct instead of ssh.

The ir cam runs off its own camera port ribbon cable and the thermal cams on i2c pins which is handy as no splitter re

Ideally looking split screen between thermal and noir.
Have thermal cam record or snap shot trigger ir. Ir sensor also to trigger sound through piezo.
Have noir record video.
Also record sound either separately or combined with video..
All to high speed sd card.
I did manage to get it to display thermal through thonny and noir through command window both worked at same time.
But I don't think I can get them to load up on startup that way, also couldn't record thermal.
It would be cool to have a record led to.
Probably punching way above my belt for a beginner.
