Throttle image rate/single image option on webserver

Hi,
thanks Tom for coding this project!
I'am experimenting with PiThermalCam on a Rasperry Pi Zero W, which does not have enough punch processing the image data continuously - but has the perfect size for my project.
I am wondering on whether it would be possible to throttle the image rate or switch to one shot via webinterface?
Or are possibilites limited by the thermal sensor?
