iOS版符合预期，Mac版本会留下一些空隙。不清楚是flutter自身的问题，还是有什么差异。

iOS上SliverPersistantHeader可以完全消失

Mac上会先留出一些空隙，再往上滚，“青丝银发”就会被压缩，直到最小，空隙才开始消失。
