URGENT - Layout Problem with Post Item #40

Hi

I've just downloaded the free version of User Ideas to test prior to purchasing full version.

I have set-up the post item page - http://www.perthbluesclub.com/index.php/members/members-suggestions/post-suggestion but the layout is bad (see screenshot).

I have set the template to my default - Shape 5's "emusica" template.

Can you please suggest what is wrong?

Hi,
Which Bootstrap do you use? Your template should be based on Bootstrap 3. Could you check your template, please?
