根据南宫伯反馈总结：

你直接从推荐数据列表下载的是最新的。
但是只要你选中推荐数据列表的数据，点同步全团。这个同步的数据，如果你接收了，就是旧版本的。
导致你再上线就会提示你更新。

是否“同步”动作请求的版本号不一致？
